Pricing includes various chocolate tastings of cacao and chocolate during the tour (cacao nibs, chocolate liquor, white chocolate, etc), a guided chocolate tasting flight of 3 mini-bars, and a full sized chocolate bar to take home.

Learn How Chocolate is Made (with chocolate tastings throughout) - We’ll review how chocolate is made from bean to bar (including answering questions like, “is white chocolate real chocolate?” and “what’s the difference between cocoa and cacao”?), where cacao trees grow, and we’ll taste various cacao and chocolate products throughout

Learn the History of Chocolate (including in Alaska) - we’ll discuss the cacao tree, the groups that first made and used chocolate, modern usage of chocolate and the history of chocolate in Alaska (including Cook’s voyage through Alaska waters in late 1700s, and the Alaska gold rush)

Discuss Local Alaska Foods and Flavors - we’ll explore the various Alaska flavors and ingredients we use to make our products

Do a Blind Flight Tasting - includes 3 mini-bars, tasting sheets, and we review how to do the tasting as a group (included in the price of the tour)

Tours are ticketed events [be sure to buy ahead].
Kids under 6 are free, and do not need a ticket.
Tickets are fully refundable or re-scheduleable up to an hour before the scheduled tour.
