Description: Our limited edition bars are now larger than our signature flavor bars with single origin ultra-premium chocolate. This limited edition bar is fall, encapsulated in a chocolate bar. We used Alaska apples we picked from Clarke’s Orchard in South Anchorage (they grow apple varieties that ripen well in Alaska) dehydrated them, and combined them with cider spiced flavors (it's apple cider spiced, but not spicy) and our 62% single origin Costa Rica chocolate, the cacao beans* of which we roasted, winnowed, and ground into chocolate in house. Apple pronounced throughout, with a nice warming flavor from the spices, and the chocolate pulling all the flavors together. Your doctor recommends two a day!
