Dark Chocolate with Cider Spiced Alaska Apples [limited edition]

With cacao beans sourced from friends in the town of Pahoa on the big island of Hawai’i and dehydrated Alaskan apples grown in the Mat-Su Valley by the same friends (it’s good to be them!) we combined the two along with a house blend of cider spices to create what we believe is the flavor definition of Autumn.

Apple pronounced throughout, with a nice warming taste from the spices, and the smooth chocolate pulling it all together. A cozy taste of two frontiers - spiced Alaskan apples wrapped in island chocolate.

From oceans to orchards, it is truly fall encapsulated in a chocolate bar.
